You can contact us by mail, fax, or telephone. If you need immediate assistance, you can call us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A Pediatrician is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekend.

Office Visits are available by appointment Monday through Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

• If your child needs to be seen (for an illness), please call as early in the day as possible.
• If you have a medical question during the day, our nurse will be happy to answer your question.
• If you have a question for your pediatrician, leave a message with the receptionist, and your call will be answered later in the day.

Emergency After-Hours Care, Weekends, and Holidays
We share evenings, weekends, and holidays coverage with other community pediatricians. A physician can be reached on a 24-hour basis by calling our office at (860) 739-0348. If your call is placed outside of our office hours you will be forwarded to our answering service. The answering service will assist you in contacting the physician on call. If you call after 7:00 PM, then your call will be triaged by the Rainbow Babies Call Center and the physician on call. During the weekends and holidays, the on-call physicians will open their office and see sick patients from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, after which they will still be available to respond to your phone calls. We understand emergencies can occur at any time. In these situations, please do not hesitate to call us.

Prescription Refills
Please contact your pharmacy to request a refill on your prescription. If you are out of refills, your pharmacy will fax us a request to renew your prescription.

We require 48 hours to fill a prescription, though it may be ready sooner, we appreciate time to complete the process.

If you have any questions about your prescription that the pharmacist cannot help you with, please contact our office staff they will be happy to assist you.
