FLANDERS PEDIATRICS ACCEPTS MOST INSURANCE PLANS.
Our "Participating Insurances" include:
- BlueCross BlueShield
- Connecticut Medicaid
- United HealthCare
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Tricare select (Tricare Prime not accepted)
- Others
Feel free to call our office to verify if your insurance is accepted.
As a courtesy to our patients, Flanders Pediatrics will accept "assignment of benefits" and will bill your insurance company for you, given we have all the necessary information and paperwork. Every effort will be made to estimate and collect co-payments at time of service, but all unpaid balances will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Please understand the insurance contract between you and your insurance carrier for covered/non-covered benefits. If an insurance carrier has not paid within 60 days of billing, we will ask you to call the insurance company to clarify the delay. In some cases unpaid balances will become the responsibilities of the parent/guardian.
For all uninsured patients, we will gladly give a discount for services when paid at time of service. In the event that payment arrangements need to be established with our billing department, patients have a maximum of six months for the balance to be paid in full.
